Panjiri.

 Panjiri is made from many types of grains. All types of dal, flour, semolina, besan, linseed etc. I never have any special requests. I work with the things I have at home. The recipe of Panjiri made today is here.

 Items.

 Linseed Half a kilo
 Sesame Half a kilo
 Swollen. Half a kilo
 Poppy. One and a half feet
 Jaggery .... Half a kilo
 Desi ghee or fresh butter. Half a kilo
 Dry fruits As many as possible

 Preparation.

 Wash all the fruits and dry them in the sun. Wash sesame seeds and poppy seeds as well.

 Clean it by picking linseed, now it is clean. Coat the fruits thickly. Kill copra. Cut the cheese.

 Composition. ,

 Fry the linseed on low heat and take it out. Also roast the semolina and heat the poppy seeds for a few minutes to remove the moisture. Now mix poppy seeds and linseed and grind them. Melt jaggery butter and half a cup of water in a large pot and let it boil for two or three times so that the excess water dries up. Put the stove on last low flame and add ground linseed, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and roasted semolina and mix well for two minutes. Now switch off the stove and wait two minutes so that the heat of the mixture reduces. Add dry fruits and mix again. The powerful cage is ready. Goes well with evening tea. If children, adults or the elderly are fed a large spoon while sleeping at night, they get relief from cough and those who leave the house early in the morning do not feel cold.
